What Karine Kautzer doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
An order for a party, was said eating will arrive 54-64 minutes. Food came only 2 hours later and pizza was not hot anymore. Domino's hotline called to complain, the person on the phone told me first to wait another 30mins, and if I told her it's not acceptable and if they can't deliver on time, they should let customers know longer waiting time when we placed the order, then they hanged the phone on me.
