"That was the first meal we ate in Pontianak the first time. The taxi driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel recommended this place. At first I thought we were supposed to choose mie with crab meat or with shrimp, but then the seller told me that both crab meat and shrimp would be on the Mie. The taste is somewhat different than similar to Mie in Jawa. The soup impressed me. It differs from the soup that accompanies mie that I usually eat, I guess it is made from chicken broth."

"If you like to live and eat healthy, then this dish is for you. Bubur Padas is very unique because it is usually made from veggies instead of rice, so it also has many textures and aromas. For a person who does not like (and almost vomiting) Bubur, I can guarantee that this is another."

"I always have to run a visum so often in pontianak and I visited this place several times. there is always a large selection of offered and many mock meat dishes. it is also really cheap as they can stack their plate high and only cost the equivalent of £1-2."
