So this is my first experience at Big Whiskeys. We just finished a wedding rehearsal and decided to stop here to eat dinner. Huge party of 13 I believe. 10 minute wait and they took us into the private room. Amazing staff, super nice and helpful. The whiskey selection is amazing and learning history was a huge plus for me. What happened? I used really enjoy coming here but lately it’s not been good. It seems like the staff is always burned out, and run down. Did something change? No one is helpful or happy. We usually visit a few times a week, and have noticed a big change. At least someone decided to keep TouchTunes on now but the service is sloppy, slow, and crabby.
