eat deserves 4.5 stars. really delicious bagels with a solid selection of spreads and sandwich options. Online ordering is however a catastrophe. forced to download an app and to load money on gift cards before making a purchase. a half an hour to make an online order before they give up. this is unacceptable in 2022. simply look how rover bagels deal directly with online orders via the flow in biddeford. Pros: The iced coffee was good and the sandwich had decent flavor. Cons: Unfortunately, the sandwich was missing three key ingredients—cheese, mayo, and tomato. The bagel's texture reminded me of frozen bagels from the supermarket. I also asked for them to slice the extra bagels I bought, but they never did. I've noticed that they often run out of popular items like bacon, avocado, eggs, and many types of bagels. With so many other options in town, I don't plan to return here again.

Unfortunately, after two attempts to reach out through the Saco website and three unanswered emails, I felt compelled to write this review. I want to support local businesses, but it’s challenging when there’s no respectful communication or follow-up from them.
Everything was fantastic, but it's disappointing that the owners didn’t come in to support their one employee who was working alone today. She did an excellent job, but there was no manager to assist her. She definitely deserves a raise!
We went on a Sunday morning and there were roughly 10 other customers in the shop. There were only 2 workers, one at the register taking orders and another making the sandwiches. There were 2 tables that could seat 10 people each and a couch section. I got my food 15 minutes after ordering but one of my friends order got lost and she didn't get hers till 30 minutes of ordering. I got an egg sandwich with everything bagel with tuna and it came around 9. The sandwich was pretty simple and delicious, there wasn't anything extraordinary about it.
I want to like this place, but I can't. I suspect that they have been hampered by supply chain issues they were out of eggs on my most recent visit and a poor location sits back from the road below eye level; not easy to find if you're driving . I can also sympathize with the staff, who seem to have given up on paying attention to customers I had to remind them that I had ordered a black, unflavored iced coffee, several minutes after our food came out . But what sealed it for me this most recent visit was that the bagels were far from fresh, and even had a slightly moldy taste in the middle. Although past orders I've had here were good to mediocre, I can't recommend this place in good conscience if even their namesake food is problematic.
