Dropped in early on a rainy day, un announced, during the week for a coffee and breakfast. Very quiet as they were just opening - it was cold and the outside area was wet. Really bad experience at the Black Sheep as my partner ordered a dish not realising it contained bacon. Genuine mistake and totally our fault. We were told by the staff they couldn't make the dish again but offered us a refund! Went to get the refund, for the manager to tell me that it was clearly stated on the menu and we would therefore not be provided a refund! Am amazed that a business would offer and then refuse...
