Silver Ocean - San Pablo

What Kayla Miller likes about Silver Ocean:
So I ordered Mongolian beef and chicken chow mein and also potstickers( they tasted old) and I'll have to say that it was kind of average. portion sizes are cool it's a little bit on the expensive side this is my second time coming there previously I had eaten soup from there that was good I believe I got chicken and corn my mom likes their sizzling rice soup but the other stuff is just basic and bland View all feedback.

Decent and affordable Chinese food within reach! The restaurant is conveniently located in a plaza, so finding parking isn't a huge issue. The space is open and laid out like many other mom and pop restaurants, and can accommodate for parties both big and small.
