For me a bar needs three things to be great. It must have Good value for the money, good service and good environment. I don't think, at least for this experience, Arnesto hace that. The outdoor seating is too close to the street, service good be better and most drinks are expensive. You also have to pay additional 10 bucks for the live music. View all feedback.
