What Sarah Powers doesn't like about Ihop:
We arrived at 5:50 PM on Sunday night and were seated right away. Ordered omelets and water. Got water after 10 min. At 6:40 still no food. We heard the waitress tell another table that it was just her and one cook; they left. That info would have been nice to know when we arrived. We asked her how long our food would be. She never returned with an answer. We had to leave because we had concert tickets. View all feedback.

Our first waiter was very attentive. The second one one at shift change was okay. Food was cooked hot and served quickly.
