Dunkin' - Scottsdale

What Jenna A likes about Dunkin':
I will go out of my way to go to this DD location! My only gripe is the lack of a drive-thru, but I rarely wait more than a minute or two in line inside the store. The employees are very friendly, a few of whom recognize and know me by name. They don 't run out of caramel flavoring twice in one week, or accidentally serve me iced tea instead of iced coffee, unlike another location. *cough cough* Scottsdale McKellips.... What Brad W doesn't like about Dunkin':
Not very smart staff at this location. One girl has zero personality or customer service skills. The only reason to go here is for the coffee and despite Starbucks prices, it is still worth once a month. The donuts are all horrible...these are donuts from a bygone era.
