"This resort had its share of charms, overall. Although we encountered a small hitch when we discovered a cockroach in our room, the staff promptly addressed this and moved us to another room. It was a slight change, but we quickly adapted. There was a minor concern with the odor from the table mats in the breakfast restaurant, something the resort may look into to further enhance the guest experience. A big plus was the incredibly friendly staff who truly made our stay more enjoyable. The resort's dedicated app was extremely convenient, adding to the ease of our stay. Not to forget, the slide at the swimming pool was a standout. It was a great source of fun and joy during our time there."
