"I come here regularly for curries and rice. I love eggplant and potato cure, vegetables madras, spinach and potato cure. Everything's delicious! Prices are affordable and portions are sufficient. The staff is beautiful. They are also very generous in offer afternoon specialties where each box of curry and rice is $5. It is definitely a place I would recommend vegetarians!"

"The former premise at 99 Elizabeth Street is now a hole in the ground. The new city venue at 358 George Street is smaller and in the lawyers' precinct. The food is still good and the $12.90 feast meal is great value and tasty. It's worth making this a regular go to spot for a healthy vegan meal."

"First time to Govindas at West End and first time to West End since I was 10 or 11 years old. WOW !! A foodie like me will have a field day here.... Anyways, about Govindas the decor was more basic then I was expecting , however I did not come for the decor, I came for the food. I was invited by friends and yes the food was good. It was Vegetarian. It was healthy and delicious and it was in abundance. Great service, great food and delicious banana pudding. You can not go wrong with $12.70 for the feast plate inc their lemon and ginger drink and you can have seconds. Thanks very much , I will be back !! SARDS"

"The best vegetarian place in Brisbane. I love their food and have been eating here for years. The duck noodles and the curry meal set are my favourites. Their dumplings are beautiful and flavourful. All of the teas Ive tried are fresh and not too sweet. I will continue to come here and tell others about it."

"Only noticed this place whilst driving past the other week managed a visit at last. It is close to the road end of the mall they do street tacos for 5, which makes a healthy cheap cheerful lunch. The shells are the soft kind there is a vegetarian option-black bean. There is a choice of salsa so I opted for the spiciest of course it was topped off with coriander onion-just delicious"
