"We ordered calamari salad and the cheeseburger chips. The calamari was so tender and flavoursome, it is definitely the best calamari salad I have ever had and was very reasonably priced. The cheeseburger was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the chips were beautiful. The service was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and efficient with bringing out our orders. We will definitely be back, I wholeheartedly recommend if you’re in Lygon street!"

"We ate at Fish Dish some months ago and really enjoyed the experience. We were keen to try it again so took some friends along this time. I'm happy to report, it was just as good the second time around. We chose the $38 Paella package, which included a small Tapas selection, a large serving of very tasty seafood Paella (with salad) and a small plate of fruit to finish. The food is all very nicely plated and quite delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced and the service is smooth and friendly, if perhaps just a tad perfunctory."

"Came for dinner on a Thursday night and the restaurant was half empty. Ordered a crispy pork belly with fried egg, Tom yum, tofu vermicelli and green curry chicken with rice. Food came out pretty quick but the vermicelli is a bit bland. My favourite of the day is definitely the crispy pork belly dish with well balanced flavours. However, wish the staff could be a bit more attentive as we struggled to get their attentions a few times throughout the night even though they were not busy."

"Spicy Fish is a very solid Chinese restaurant with a varied menu. The prices are reasonable, which is why the public response is great. However, we were able to get a table for three in the evening without a reservation. Service was impeccable, food was very good. Therefore highly recommended!"
