"I'm here almost every weekend grabbing one of their delicious coffees and amazing breads. Can get really busy at times and with usually only one person on the register and also preparing the customers food, it can get frustrating."

"Nice tranquil neighbourhood, the area was pretty quiet for Sunday brunch time. Not too many cafe options this part of town, but all you need is a good one really. The cafe is nicely decorated with a provincial European feel, very relaxing. Their French Toast consisted of 2 giant size bread topped with berries, grilled banana, syrup mascarpone. It was pretty as well as tasty. A good range of fresh juice options as well. Perfect for a local brunch on the weekend."

"We have visited Bread Circus many times we love it! The decor of the place is super cute with baby pink plates and fruit vegetables displayed all over the place. Great menu options. We always have such a tough time deciding what to get because everything is so yum! Our favorites include the ‘Parmesan not-so-scrambled eggs’, the ‘Morning Jumble’ granola and the pancakes! Serving sizes are very generous; big pieces of bread and heaps of fresh seasonal fruit with the granola. Sometimes it can get really busy with long waiting times (usually Saturdays and Sundays). The table arrangements are shared seating tables which can sometimes feel a bit cramped. Other than that a great spot to grab a bite to eat!"

"Went there yesterday and ordered the fish of the day which was $24.00 and was the most expensive item in the menu. Accordingly I had HIGH standards as this cafe had lots of best cafe awards stuck on the door and they had quite a few customers dining. I was quite disappointed at both taste and presentation. Fish was dry and a bit chewy and tasted like it had almost no seasoning (mostly just salty). There was a line of sweet chilli dressing which really didn't work because it was very thin and too sweet so you ended with this weird sweet fish. In the menu it said caramelised onions but there were none and the veggies were just boiled...no seasoning at all. Whilst portion size was good, the potatoe mash was great, staff and service was lovely I was overall dissapointed. I hope the owners read this and make appropriate changes to their dishes as the brunch scene is very popular and competitive! I would hate to see this place go out of business. (Btw it was nice that they swapped my mash for chips)"

"Loved the place. I would recommend the salmon sandwhich, really filling and delicious. I also tried the lemon meringue, which tasted just like home. So that must mean it's good right?"

"Walked in on a wet Saturday morning and was greeted by friendly staff. Didn't have to ask for water, it was just bought to the table as we sat down. A varied menu from muesli to fully cooked. The Spanish omellete was delicious and filling. The coffee is great too. Has a great vibe to it. Very warm on a cold and wet day. Next time I am in Sydney and looking for a great place to eat I will head here."

"The best vietnamese pork or chicken rolls. Plenty of salad and always fresh crispy rolls. Wholemeal available. Chicken rolls come with fresh spring onion and crispy deep fried spring onion flakes. Pork rolls well balanced ingredients and flavours. Come with corriander. Fresh squeezed to order juice. Many fruits and veg available including beets and celery. Ginger available. Great for lunch."

"One of my favourite little places for a quick, cheap snack in Newtown the $5 vegan banh mi introduced me to Vietnamese rolls. There's no seating, but if you want a quick snack on the go I would definitely recommend it."
