"Good food and serving was decent and good value for money. The only downside was having no garbage bin in the dining area and was a bit dirty as some dead leaves were scattered inside and floor was dusty. It feels like nobody sweeps."

"My husband and I were at the Courtice Flea Market on the weekend and was asked to try a sample of "Kathy's Homemade Soup" - beef barley a KCC product. I loved it and my picky husband fell in love with it!!!! It was soooooooooooooooooo good. This is NOT your run of the mill soup, all quality ingredients and superior taste. It is the best soup we''ve ever had including in restaurants. Want good soup? Get Kathy's. They sell it at the Courtice Flea Market and it's worth the drive to Courtice!!!!! Michele -"

"Picked two subs, a smoked meat sub was the sub of the day) and a ham and truthahn sub. both subs were the worst we ever had. the smoked meat base was a big sloppy wet chaos. the bunk was soaked with meat and water from the veggies. I never ate the sub and the sink and truthahn was not better. both subs were a waste of money $22.58) and were thrown into the garbage. the server did not seem to know what he did when he prepared the subs for us. they save their money and go to the subway or somewhere else. I suggest that they change the name of this place to herrn sub par."
