"Worst service I have ever received. Our group waited an hour and 15 minutes for food to arrive. It was fairly busy, but not super busy and we saw at least two tables order after us and get their food before us. It took more than 30 minutes for one person at our table to receive his beer.I walked out before the food arrived. My husband returned my meal when it arrived. He paid by credit card for his and did not leave a tip. When he showed me the bill, I saw that they had added a 15% gratuity to the bill already. I don't know of anywhere else in Halifax that automatically adds a gratuity to the bill.I'm infuriated and will be telling everyone I know about the lousy service and questionable billing practices."
