The staff is friendly and knows their products.I love when businesses not only acknowledge the homeless, and allow them to sit inside the restaurant, but also make it possible/ available for patrons who wish to help by just buying a simple cup of coffee for another human being. Look at the number of times that people have shown kindness. It ' 's more than 44,000. I want to also add that a lot of people complain either rightly or not right about the homeless problem that we have in this city which is significant), however, here is a business that is wrapping its arms around these people who are not the problem. They are just a symptom of a broken down system. It is located kitty-corner to a homeless mission -so you know that there 's a lot of need for kindness and acknowledgment.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend uses a walker and a scooter. "The Works craft burgers in London, Ontario is a chain that I recently revisited after a long absence. It's conveniently situated in downtown London, though do keep in mind that you'll need to pay for parking. One aspect that stood out is their inclusivity with gluten-free options available for those with dietary restrictions. A unique touch is the way they serve drinks in giant Pyrex measuring glasses, which adds a quirky charm to the experience. The staff at The Works are not only friendly but also attentive to your needs. The restaurant itself is well-maintained, and the open windows provide a breath of fresh air. Their burgers are cooked to perfection, with a delightful medium-well preparation. While the menu is extensive, the star of the show here is undoubtedly their burgers. While the sides are decent, opting for onion rings, sweet potato fries, or a Caesar salad comes at a relatively higher cost. The buns and burgers are both delicious, and even the gluten-free bun is a satisfying option. Overall, we had an enjoyable time at The Works and would highly recommend it, thanks to its wide array of choices to cater to various preferences."

"First time going. Got the crazy frys, was cool they were in a cup but because they were in the cup only the top fries had any topping on them, after that it was just dry normal fries. The burger has potential if they...seasoned the patty. A little salt can make a world of difference. Their shake was good."

"The food is always tasty and has fantastic portioning, the prices are great and they always have specials for an even better deal if your looking for it. The atmosphere is very enjoyable, live music and lots of tv's for entertainment, it's a welcoming and relaxing place to spend a night out at. The service is wonderful, Danielle and Ryan are amazing servers that I've had the delightful chance of being served by on multiple occasions and they have never disappointed. I'll definitely be spending more nights out here."

"Went as a group 8 ppl, kudos to the waitress managed to accommodate us (which is no small feat). Food was fair to good, had a hamburger which was just okay, fries were good and the milkshake was good. I liked the atmosphere, but it's not for everyone."
