"First time going. Got the crazy frys, was cool they were in a cup but because they were in the cup only the top fries had any topping on them, after that it was just dry normal fries. The burger has potential if they...seasoned the patty. A little salt can make a world of difference. Their shake was good."

"Delicious, fresh ingredients delivered promptly. This is truly one of the two best pizza's houses in London. Large: $24.00 with two drinks, Excellent thin crusted, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, feta cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, chicken. Generous with the ingredients. Clearly very fresh. Hot on arrival. Cooked to perfection. Open past 10pm on a Monday night! Menu has a variety of items on the menu. Definitely the pizza delivery place of choice. A second visit will happen!"

"We e the only patrons the evening we visited. Finding the place was near impossible! The market was closed and the back alley entry took assistance to find though very well lit.Good was good and well prepared. Correct temperature and fresh. Service mediocre and seemed disinterested in us.Pricing must be related to the rent because it was expensive.I wouldn't hesitate to eat here at all but it's not a destination.Perhaps takeout is a better option here?A lacklustre dining experience and we won't be back. I adore a charming hole in the wall with friendly service and great food, this wasn't what we experienced here. The company made the meal not the restaurant. Pity. As it has the potential!Parking: Horrendous. WORST pay about this experience was the parking. Underground parking lot was credit card only exit. Discovered this fact after we were trying to leave. I don't even own a credit card! It was not attended though there is an office and security guard cubicle openly on site. Thankfully one of my dinner party offered their card and we could exit the lot. No machine we could insert cash or debit we could find. Very inconvenient! Perhaps during the day it's attended but this was evening for dinner. There is paid street parking nearby and there were people parked illegally on the street and in the back lanes. I can see why! You might be able to stop to pick-up takeout without paid parking. I don't know. Wasn't my goal.Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat accessible. It's doable but there's little accommodation within the restaurant for a wheelchair to manoeuvre. Needs work. Could be done with minimal effort to proprietor. Building is accommodating enough."

"I’ll start with the good, and then go on to the bad.The food came out at moderate-fast times, and the portions were about standard for the price.Now the bad…Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a less than positive experience. This time, I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger.The fries were cold and under-seasoned, and the gravy was watery and bland.The burger was lukewarm, dry, and on the more bland side of things. There was just enough moisture from the sauce to prevent it from being dry enough to make me gag on it like I used to with my families thanksgiving turkey as a kid, but not enough sauce to taste it. That said, a proper burger should be moist enough without any sauce.The worst part is the lack of effort in the presentation of the food. Whether the food is amazing or terrible, proper presentation of a dish shows pride. When the burger is lopsided, the lettuce isn’t neatly tucked, and the mushrooms are falling out, it says there was no care. At a fast food joint, I wouldn’t really wouldn’t care, but a sit down restaurant should have higher standards, and as a cook, I take a lot of pride in every dish I make, and it hurts my heart to see others not doing the same."
