"Whoever the Indian looking chick is that served me at 11:30, she needs to learn basic customer service skills. She’s disgusting to be around and horrible mood overall. At least fake a smile when a customer is being nice to you. And they have the nerve to put tip options on the til. *edit* the one with the ponytail, native looking and looks like she’s about to spit in your face."

"$10 wasted! I got my worst seafood sub of my life from this shop. It tasted tasteless. I am wondering if it was really seafood or they have also started putting other stuff instead following the Subway pork saga?!?! Anyways, the rep would only put half spoons of seafood batter even when confronted that she is not filling it completely. I am never going to Mr Sub after this awful experience."

"As a family we go out once week, tonight being no exception. We have visited Harvey's many times, with good service as a rule. Tonight, we place our order, my wife is waiting, and asks are you short staffed, as our food is sitting under the heat lamps while the cook is cooking. The answer, we have to make up 30% due to wage increase, so have one less on staff, increased meal cost, and the best of all, smaller portions. Well, not sure how much they saved, but definitely cost them a customer. Won't be going back. We used to go a couple times a month, someone else will benefit."

"My husband and I had very little time between appointments so decided to see if Cora’s could deliver a lunch on short notice. They aced the test and went out of their to deliver delicious lunch/brunch meals. The food was delicious, I had the spinach, cheese omelette and my husband had a waffle with bananas on top. We will definitely make another stop next time in London, we were embarrassed that in our rush to leave my husband made an error in calculating the tip, grossly under tipping our servers. The service was excellent!"

"I went to Wich is Wich to have lunch with some colleagues. When it comes to pleasing me, this place had the deck stacked against. I tend to avoid bread more often than not. When I saw that there is an option to turn your sandwich into a salad I went for that.I ended up going with a roast turkey salad. It wasn't bad, but considering it costs $4 more to have the salad than the sandwich option, it was fairly underwhelming. The portion of meat appear to be significantly smaller than what one would receive on a bun and it was served over a bed of iceberg lettuce. However, the delicious dressing which accompanied it was a saving grace.That being said, the sandwiches looked fantastic and my group seemed very pleases with their orders."
