"I went to Burger Legend when I was visiting my University roommate and she took me and my friend here for lunch. The coolest thing about Burger Legend is that all their ingredients are fresh. So when they're out, they're out! So make sure to get there early!The veggie burger is not an actual patty, but rather a portobello mushroom with a panko crust. It was delicious, I literally wanted to eat here and have this burger every day! When you order the burger, you choose your toppings (no cheese and no bawss sauce to keep it vegan) and then they take the bun and the toppings in the kitchen to finish the burger. This burger was delicious. It was hearty and satisfying and the flavour was also great. The fries were very good as well. What made it extra special for me and my friend is that we were brought coke in the glass bottle by the owner himself. He and and his staff were friendly and engaging. My visit to Burger Legend was definitely a standout while I was in Mississauga."

"Quiet place. Very attentive and kind staff: 5 stars to them. The roasted turkey and apple sandwich was nice! The staff member smiled with pleasure when I picked this sandwich because she said it was good. The cranberry bread was really delicious. We had it toasted, but they told me after that they usually make it not toasted, which may be better because the sandwich filling is packed with cold items. "Without fail, this place continues my order.1st) they forgot to put the cheese and the speck on my B.E.L.T.2nd. they didn't put the box on the only article I ordered. they asked if they could simply put the cream cheese over the butter on the same bagel instead of making a new one. When I asked a new one, they had not had the effort to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel3rds) they forgot the soße on my sandwich and when I went back, they sent me for extra soße4th) if they want to skip the long drive thru line and go in, not disturb. I always see at least 7-8 people inside and they will leave you there for a few minutes before you even recognize yourself."

"I was just here. Ordered a oriental salad. They told me after they made it that they didn't have the dressing (Asian sesame) so they used balsamic instead. I did not like it, asked for a refund and they refused. They kept insisting I choose another item on their menu but I did not want anything else just my money back. The cashier stated that the manager does not allow refunds at all. So I gave them back the salad and left empty handed and $15 out. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager won't be in until 3pm and it was 12:15pm. I told her I wouldn't be around to wait and that I will call head office then. All of a sudden the lady says no no no come and get a refund ?. I will never recommend or come here again. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with , and will not give this place any business. This happened November 10th, 2022 at 12:15pm."
