"Had the pleasure of eating at Lloydie’s about two weeks ago with my husband, 3.5 and 5.5 year olds, and my mother-in-law. We ordered jerk chicken, beef patties, riz, plantain, coconut coleslaw and the mac pie. Everything was delicious and the service was top-notch everyone was very kind and patient with our rambunctious kids! My daughter loved the mac pie. If you can have the coconut loaf for dessert, go for it. 10/10 recommend ??"

"The location of the restaurant is excellent because we had a reservation at the Hotel Cantlie and we were going to see a concert at the Bell Centre. The service and atmosphere was excellent. The service offered by the server was impecable. The meals were delicious and we had not waited long to receive our supper. We recommend it!"

"A somewhat hidden restaurant in an out-of-the-way street that will take it away from the tourist. as soon as they find it, the atmosphere is chic and yet welcoming. the personal was friendly and knowledgeable, and the menu offered a lot of tellers we would like to have. have tried. we had a bottle of wine, appetizers, escapes and desserts. everything we ordered was good. the environment, music, service, eating; all made for a beautiful evening. I would recommend le serpent to anyone looking for a nice dinner in montreal."

"We liked this restaurant, but not enough to give it 5 stars. it is very expensive and we expected more for what they have accused. service was friendly. cocktails are easy. the wine list is excellent, but very expensive. the octopus appetizer was delicious and well presented. we both had the fish specialist who was a healed in a Kumquat sauce. at $44, I found the part very small with a few paprika than sides. there is no abuse. they knew it was my birthday, so they brought a radio without a piece of cake I felt would have been nice. expect them to spend at least $250 for 2. all in all good, but not great!"

"We had been wanting to try Toque for a while and finally had a chance during our last visit to Montreal. The entire experience was top notch and well worth the price! We each chose the tasting menu but it 's hard to choose a favourite...dish. They were also very accommodating with switching out fish for carpaccio since I 'm not a fan of fish. We 've been to a number of so-called high end restaurants that won 't accept any substitutions so this was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was also very friendly and attentive without being too overbearing. Highly recommended to get a reservation at Toque if you have the chance!"
