"It's been a while since we had German food and we decided to go to the hub.I tried the potato cheddar perogies for appetizer, braised rabbit (I'm not a fan of schnitzel or sausage), and cherry perogies for dessert.Appetizer was good, braised rabbit was good but the sauce is a bit too rich for me.Cheery pergoies were interesting but not great for my taste."

"My friends and I had a good time brunching at Clay. There are not a lot of options on the menu, the restaurant is vegetarian and vegan friendly. The portions are medium closer to small. The juice is nice, called the weekly blend juice. The interior design is so beautiful, I would come back for the space and the atmosphere, less then for the food itself."

"Oh my God! Who gave this place 5 stars ??? I am looking for an option to give stars in negative. I have never been disappointed this much before. Not because the food was bad, which it was, but I had bad food before. It's all he great reviews that threw me off. I had such high expectations. There were practically no veggie or vegan options and the veg tacos I ordered , they literally put only ingredient in there, mushrooms, nothing else!!!!! Their sauces are a disgrace. And adding guac did not help. They were out of chips. After spending like $15 I left hungry, we had to stop and find another restaurant to eat in after visiting this place"

"Went with my family for my birthday dinner. Was looking forward to my 10 ounce filet mignon. My partner was also looking forward to her 7 ounce filet. Asked for both to be medium well and both came out raw inside. They took them both back to finish cooking. The 7 ounce came out better, but mine was still undercooked. Taste was not like it used to be. My meal was not charged, but the whole experience left a bad taste and we didn’t even stay for dessert. A proper steakhouse knows how to cook meat to request. My server was good. Will look elsewhere when feeling like a steak in future."

"Excellent veal sandwiches, very fleshy and so a delicious sauce. Really like the rolls they serve on it, fluffy and not dry. If you get the chance to try their baked goods, I would definitely recommend it. Was a free cookie offered to go and tried their salted chocolate chip cookie really one of the best cookies I had in Toronto."
