"Great selection of fresh, tasty breads and pastries with good, efficient service. I was a big hit at a dinner party for bringing the rosemary loaf, which they sliced for me before I left!"

"Extremely expensive for portion sizes. Ordered a salmon sandwich and a cookie. Both very small for a combined price of almost $18! Used to be a go to stop in Olympic Village, but no longer."

"Meeting up with a friend in Kits and they suggested Terra Breads on West 4th. Great that there is plenty of free parking a block away. There is some seating outside and plenty inside along the wall opposite the bread products. The assortment of pastries and breads was impressive. The staff were very attentive and they got our coffees out pretty quick. And the coffee was ok. There are many bakeries in the area including a Cobs a few stores away...Terra Breads must be doing something right to stay in business with all this competition. It was a positive experience and happy to recommend Terra Breads if in the 'hood and looking for coffee and bread/bread products."

"Have you ever been hungry, eating but bored while eating? My first time today. I ordered the Meatball Sandwich, and before I even started eating I knew from the look of the meatball that it was very very dry see pic). It almost looked like it had been boiled I hope no Italian grandmas are reading this). The first bite, my suspicions were confirmed. They were so dry and chewy that I had to make an effort to swallow them down and I stopped after two bites and left the rest. Disappointing. What was also interesting was that there was nothing to the sandwich nearly 14 bucks later....It was just ciabatta bread, dry meatballs, kale and aioli ...that 's it. Too plain. Now, if the meatballs were juicy, well seasoned simmered in cherry tomato sauce and fall-apart delicate like every meatball should be....then it would 've taken centre stage and the simplicity would 've just been a subservient escort. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It was just three dry meatballs on a sub. That 's it. As for the service....I think there 's a new breed of eateries these days. I call them in-betweens . They are not a restaurant nor a fast food place, but something in-between. They call themselves restaurants but with fast food service.....so, kind of like a Fastaurant . Well...tried this place. Moving on."

"Looks nice in the white box and presentation is nice too but the taste is very mediocre to average. I had the pulled pork sandwich with apple slaw and the meat was not tender and quite dry. A bit tangy but otherwise bland flavors. A Big Mac honestly tastes way better and the price you pay for a sandwich here is around $13, and in my opinion, it's not worth what you end up getting. Yummier options are available elsewhere."

"I was parked out front and decided to try out Tartine for lunch. Overall I was satisfied with my lunch and a little less with the pie. Service was fast and friendly.<br/ <br/ I asked for their most popular sandwich and tried the oven roasted turkey sandwich. The multi grain bread was the best part; warm and fresh with a brilliant crispy crust. The cranberry mayo was the second best part one of the better sauces I've had on a turkey sandwich. Turkey was a little dry but that seems fairly common for most turkey sandwiches you get.<br/ <br/ I also decided to order a piece of pie as it is what they are supposed to be known for. I ordered the coconut creme because it's my favourite pie. Crust was nice and flaky throughout, whip creme was thick and tasty but I thought it was a little chincy on the filling (see picture). There were some bites that the filling was maybe 10% of the whole biting experience.<br/ <br/ I would recommend and try again lots of sandwiches to choose from. I'd definitely work my way through the menu to see what the other palate pleasing items they make."

"Good business. I arrived at 1pm and there’s 10 people waiting. Delicious and size is reasonable. Environment is clean. No one eat in store, as only one table for 8."

"You can try to tempt me with your daily sandwiches (sometimes it works) but I keep coming back for that Porchetta sandwich... over and over again."
