"Fantastic Vietnamese food. br quaint sign lanterns outside a great location in yaletown area! the aroma attracts them to sit where they please. brntewein the menu contains all the quality they want to try. the gartensalatrolle had the crispy sweet one. br the Satay frying was quite standard yummy. good strong offer for shares or serve one. they make a big twist on chicken rice. hainanese chicken roach was crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. very well cooked. wine my recommendation of the garden roll. branded wine will definitely try again their stock plates!"

"Ganache offers decadent chocolates and cakes, which have always been impressive. <br/>A stroll around Yaletown this weekend beckoned another visit. As usual, they seemed slightly understaffed but the pastry case was still well stocked with intricately designed cakes and viennoiserie. I tried the Croissant au Fromage and the Kouign Amann. The croissant was delicious it was light and the cheese flavour was sharp without being overly salty. The Kouign Amann, however, was a disappointment. The pastry was denser and drier than it should be. While the base was caramelized and glossy, it had a rather pronounced bitter flavour. I also noticed that the tops of the butter croissants appeared dark and slightly burnt. <br/>Ganache's chocolates and desserts are likely wiser choices than the viennoiserie."

"One of the most unforgettable dining experiences I have ever had! My bf booked NYE dinner at sushi bar shu for two of us and everything was just perfect. I loved how each dishes were prepared right in front of our eyes, and handed fresh from chef’s hand to our hand. I also loved how overall atmosphere of the restaurant was so clean and minimalistic. I want to thank Chef Shin and the whole bar Shu team for making our NYE extra special!"
