"The upper restaurant with magnificent view over luzern and the lake. the restaurant is located in the hotel montana. the easiest way to get to the hotel is the stand cable car (free and fun, the shortest stand cable car in Switzerland). the food was delicious and the service was very friendly. a great place for a romantic dinner or a jubilee to celebrate. next to the restaurant there is also a jazzbar and a smoker lounge. there were several vegetarian and vegan options."

"Ate here one night during our stay. Dining in the courtyard under awning was nice as it had been a hot day. We had a schnitzel and a couple of drinks. Service was friendly and efficient and price reasonable."

"My friend and i ordered the rosti w sausage beef cheek to share. the mains were really good and portions were huge however the service was not great. we were ushered in to our seats and it took 10 mins for anybody to serve...us. 10 mins of waiting and NO menus given. after they noticed us, they gave us only the food menu and not drinks menu. when we were ready to place our orders, the main waiter told us to hold on and his colleague will take our orders. his colleague turned out to be a waiter who was only involved in cleaning/clearing tables and serving meals. true enough, our rosti order turned out wrong (they gave us french fries instead of rosti but we dont blame the colleague because he seemed old and may not understand our english despite us repeating the orders we blame the main server who was too busy with the other tables to give a hoot about us : ' a special mention to the server who served our rosti and handled it calmly when i said i ordered rosti and not fries he said he would get the rosti ready and serve it up as a side. fair enough."

"Navy themed, a mix of modern and rustic architecture. Not much common space, but everything is very carefully cleaned, organized and looking amazing. Some of the receptionists are not very courteous, don’t bother to answer greetings, but overall, ok. Restaurant in some days a really hard to get a table, we were surprised that all restaurants we tried on a Saturday were fully booked, even the hotel’s. Be aware that you might have to book restaurants in advance, even small and regular places. Breakfast is CHF, we ended up not having BF here. Tv is pretty annoying, over of the channels are in German, and tb does not allow you to chance language spoken nor subtitle’s. Also, it will not let you mirror from your phone, it is completely blocked, that threw me off, though."
