"I initially thought this might be a pop up restaurant and was surprised it had been around a while. It is like someone’s dining room which isn’t a bad thing. The set price menu was tasty and reasonably priced. As far as I could understand the theme of the restaurant is ‘ eat local’ . Wonderful. Shame they would only sell bottled water surely there is nothing more local than something that comes out of a tap. So that why it only rates 3/5"

"In the very trendy Mitte area, this place certainly ticks all the hipster boxes. Sadly it wasn 't our night. It 's a short menu (which is generally a good thing) and it is 'proper ' German food just nothing we liked or enjoyed sadly. The food...looked good but it just wasn 't to our taste this time. Looking at other reviews it seems the menu does change so we were just unlucky I guess. The place looks great, and the staff are very friendly and professional. The decor is cool. Maybe next time...."
