"Ich hatte für dieses Restaurant einen Gutschein (gültig bis 08.04.2012) erworben, konnte diesen aber nicht einlösen, da sich der Betreiber des Restaurants “Alèm-Mar” mehrfach weigerte, Reservierungen anzunehmen (ich war meist am Samstag in Köln, zugegebenermaßen ein Tag, an dem die meisten Leute Essen gehen). Mein letzter Versuch erfolgte am 02.04.2012. Das Restaurant sei bis zum 08.04.2012 ausgebucht, egal an welchem Tag und zu welcher Uhrzeit. Als ich ihn um einen Lösungsvorschlag bat, da ich ja den Gutscheinbetrag bereits bezahlt hätte, legte er einfach auf. Auch bei zwei weiteren Anrufversuchen wurde nach kurzer Zeit aufgelegt. Schließlich, beim dritten Versuch, ein Gespräch zustandezubringen, wurde ich an seine Frau (?) weitergeleitet, die mir mitteilte, dass kürzlich Gäste im Restaurant nicht bezahlt hätten und man deshalb keine weiteren Reservierungen annehme. Als ich ihr sagte, dass dies nicht mein Problem sei und bereits für das Essen bezahlt hätte, legte sie ebenfalls auf.Ich finde dies ein absolut inakzeptables Verhalten und hoffe, dass dieses Restaurant eine Ausnahme darstellt (habe bis jetzt so ein unkooperatives und unfreundliches Gebaren noch nicht erlebt)!"

"Actually not bad. We got 2 Main Courses and 1 Dessert which turned out to be just okay.The atmosphere is okay, typical small and moderate restaurant. The service is (family) friendly and fast and the price is resonable if only they could reduce the amount of the lettuce, pay more attention to the meat.Thus this place serves Hallal Food but to my surprise they do offer beers and... the cult Fritz Lemonades!Yupe, one should give Aleppo a try. But not a must!"
