"I found several good reviews of this restaurant on the net and so whilst in Biarritz we decided to try it out. The location is in a quiet residential area of town, away from the buzz of the beach, with relaxed locals going about their business. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who was helpful throughout our dinner. The fish soup was excellent and my roast hake with chorizo was fab. Other notable courses in our group were the seafood tagliatelle (fresh), the garlic prawns and the cod cooked Spanish style. We drank a light crisp rose from Provence that was perfect and at 18 Euros was well priced. There was duck and cote de boeuf available for non fish eaters so most bases covered. I would definitely return and recommend this great little restaurant."

"Excellent club opened in a charming setting. Top music! It is shielded but when we arrived at 23:30 we entered directly .. Rather destined for a young but nice audience when you are a little older; Safety: very well organized to avoid the problems inherent in this type of location All right."

"Le Sin is one of my favorite places in Biarritz. The modern design and the environment is very unique, the building turns into waves as part of the ocean. The food is complex and draws from Basque and modern kitchens, offers various ways to modernize a local specialty, or to enjoy a completely new concept with local ingredients. I love to go there for sunset, as you know what this location and food are able to offer. I should add that the employees (two of them are the owners) are excellent. Enjoy!"

"We had the most amazingly creative and delicious meal here. The space is beautiful and charming, sitting amongst Phillipe's family's eclectic art collection and herb garden. Our 4 year old daughter was welcomed and so charmed by the beautiful plating of dishes that she tried so many new foods. We can't wait to return to Biarritz and dine here again."
