"We had dinner Thursday night at La Cucaracha, our favourite on the Côte Basque. We were 7 and had an excellent dinner as always. We shared a few starters to give everyone an opportunity to sample each starters. The chipirones were succulent, the salads delicious, the ham very good... For main course we had the boudin (soooo yummy) rib of beef (exceptional) and also delicious hake. We drank a very pleasant wine from the Rioja. Such pleasant joyful staff delivering a perfect service under the gentle command of Philippe, the charming, warm, attentive and bon-vivant owner. We never miss returning to La Cacuracha with its loud boisterous atmosphere and delicious food and always leave delighted."
