"We had our last dinner in Valmorel at l’Aigle Blanc and ate from the carte du jour (rather than the Savoyard specialties . What a surprise to be served such exquisite, fine cuisine in such an unassuming place. We sampled 4 different dishes and all were refined and served with creative and seasonal accompaniments. My dish of ‘quasi de veau’ was cooked to pink perfection and served with the best morel-cream sauce I’ve ever tasted. The home-made deserts were divine, served with great attention to detail. The service was attentive and friendly, and we loved the resident cat : Amazing value for money. Would def. recommend."

"We had a very cozy night here. eating is delicious, we had raclette, pierrade and fondue. there was a man singing on the gitarre and there is a sweet sinful bart dog. we had a nice night in this typical French restaurant."

"We were eaten at the nant's sails this winter and this summer. the outdoor terrace is very pleasant with a beautiful view. the aperitif in the outdoor lounges under the sun with views of the summits is a magical moment. The restaurant is of very good quality for an altitude restaurant. as indicated in some reviews the prices are higher than in station but remain in the standards for an altitude facility. address to try without hesitation to eat or drink a drink."

"Unbelievable food presentation and taste was so delicious, fine dining quality in such a beautiful location. Very quaint, friendly hosts with the resident dog and cat for added quirkinesses!! Food is quite costly but the price still doesn’t Reflect the amazing cuisine. Everything is...homemade the ravioli with trout was exquisite and my lamb cooked ways with vegetable and homemade croquettes with a mouthwatering juis was out of this world. The deserts did not disappoint-mitchellen standard presentation."
