"The butterscotch bakery made my son 8th birthday cake after having been settled by another baker, I am so glad that we as the cake was amazing. we were quite fussy with our requirements, but the bakery fulfilled our expectations and more the baker made the most tasty cake our family tried in a long time. we were blown away, as fantastic the cake saw that my son wanted “The Eye of Cthulhu” made into a cake, the sponge was soft and damp, the butter cream was perfect. we picked up our cake on the day before, the two girls who boxed our cake and served us were thrilled. the load was nice inside. we even bought some Victoria sponge, a cupcake and a few butterscotch cake to try this day. recommend this baker 5*"

"After we arrived and we seated ourselves we waited for someone to come over to take a drinks order or ask for our itison voucher but we're waiting for quite a while. After that we went to the bar ourselves and were told that they stopped taking the vouchers at that time, but would let us have the drinks (but not the food nibbles that were also part of the deal). Drinks were decent but shame that we never got the full worth of our voucher. Music got extremely loud at one point even though not many people were there to a point where we would be shouting at eachother at the top of our voices to try have a conversation but still could barely hear eachother."

"Nice. I like it in here. the personal is perfect, attentive and well gifted, but we humiliated early and it was very quiet, they had to whisper. the food was in order, not full of taste, but nice and I think it was fresh."

"A really welcoming place. It is automatically old with warm wood and brass fittings. An excellent range of drinks and family friendly. The TV is on, but not overwhelming the place. A great place for groups to sit and catch up. An ideal local with great staff who provide an excellent service."

"I'm here, really good food! both had to start bruscheta. Nice. only negatiw for me were the discs of the raw garlic in it. we both had it. we had huh and stornoway blackpudding on kartoffelmash and berry jus that was fantastic and penne arabbiata was great. we ordered garlic bread that was massive! Maybe next time order half a part. great food, service and wine. hidden gem and will be back!"

"Amazing experience! eating was just delicious. we tried most non vegetarian options and enjoyed us very much. the food came fast, but everything was freshly cooked and delicious. beautiful decoration and atmosphere. attentive and very friendly service staff. large eating, generous portions and all too cheap trips."
