"I have been visiting Choza Naútica for more than 8 years. In earlier times this restaurant had a terrace on its roof that was so special and wonderful that only this terrace was worth visiting this restaurant, they felt like somewhere in the Caribbean, with best Peruvian Ceviche,’ right next to the chef, barbecue fish. Today things changed, the restaurant grows, the terrace disappeared. It is no longer cozy, simple plastic seats.. It now looks more like a normal standard place to eat ceviche, but always maintain the good quality of food. Yesterday I visited the restaurant at 2:45. Many foods were already sold out, but even this is a good sign for me that they really only offer fresh ingredients and if you are late when they are out. What really bothered me was a very slow service, even the restaurant no longer had as many visitors as it was relatively late. The appetizers took between 25 and 30 minutes and the condition of the plates confirmed that the food was ready in the kitchen a while ago. The juice of the salsa criollo had run away, the onions were somehow surface-dried, the crackers in the pulpo had the consistency of sponge baby food and where no longer cross. And I had to wait for a second beer 25 minutes after I remembered another employee after 10 minutes. So I had my main plate and no beer until I had eaten plates completely. — In all cases, I believe that this is a service problem and not a kitchen problem. The taste was great as always, but could have been bigger if food had arrived directly from the kitchen to our table. I hope the restaurant will review this comment and will try to get better in the future. It was different once and has to go back there. — Other restaurants in this group are very good and are constantly being developed. I hope these restaurants will stay on the way. I definitely come back, but if the service goes on, I might change the restaurant in the future."
