"Don't order her to eat here. the expectations were really high, the results were not. waits for a 40 to 1 hour min to come out for our food and it was cold! They claim to have a blue cheeseburger who had no blue cheese that was worse, that it was not hot when it came out. before the nets are suspected to start, but instead they served the net then the appetizers. are you okay? Service crew didn't know how to take care of our table, we had to constantly call someone to help us. they were everywhere."

"Kaizen is among the famous Ramen house in the City. They have great ambiance with their street dining style and they also serve until late midnight which is great for nocturnal people like me. Prices are a bit pricey than the some ramen houses but it's reasonable for me since they have great customer service. I love their Seafood Ramen, Beef Gyudon, and their Du30 Roll. The only con is they have a very limited dining space. Thus, whenever we visit the place, we always have to wait for others to finish before we can be seated."

"Claude's Café de Ville is a magnificent restaurant housed in an old mansion right in the busy city centre. It's a beautiful and tasteful oasis in a dusty,chaotic area of town. And the beauty of it all, the quality of the food actually matches the surroundings. It's such a pleasant surprise to find authentic, classy French food in this little corner of the world. During the holiday season Claude offers some really rare treats such as calve's head or couscous royale (with delicious merguez) on top of his standard menu. The foie gras at Claude's is small and pricy but truly sublime, certainly one of the best i've had in the Philippines. And i found the other items on his menu reasonably priced for the quality offered. Service is competent and attentive, a rarity in this country, and Claude himself watches over everything. The only negative thing i could say about Claude's is that the wine list exclusively French and therefore bad value. The house wine is good but at a hefty 1150 Php it better be and there are no better value new world wines on the menu. Nevertheless, the existance of a gem like Claude's in this remote, underappreciated city is very appreciated."
