"The chicken we ordered was still raw inside. Upon showing this to the waitress she just left the table without comment, explanation or apology. We even had to pay the full price. Absolutely unacceptable."

"We unfortunately spent a rather annoyed evening here after coming with some optimism due to all the positive reviews. Staff was quite unheeding when we arrived so it took some time until they brought in some gawky garden chairs into the indoor area to seat us at a table. We ordered two pasta dishes, and were rather unhappy that it not only took >60min to prepare but also that the two dishes arrived 30min apart from each other which makes a date night awkward with one person completely finishing their pasta while the other one is hungrily watching for a long time. The tables around us were waiting for >20min just to get their drinks and looked pretty dismayed as well since very simple orders were taking that long. Not sure if we just visited during a bad day, or if there is a systemic overload in the kitchen, but considering the upper price range and setting, this evening did not meet our expectations management-/service-wise. That being said, the food itself was tasty, but we didn't dare to order desert due to the already spent time waiting."

"A very good, welcoming place very well furnished and cosy furnishings. if they want intimacy, they go to this restaurant. not loud music. the kitchen is really well prepared and very tasty, very fresh too. because the dishes are not prepared, they can wait to be served a little, but they are sure it is only made for them. the waitresses wearing Japanese clothes are particularly attentive, sensitive and discreet. It is more than reasonable in terms of prices. go there, enjoy them"

"Cozy atmosphere, has parking spaces, free wifi, a small but nice variety of food on the menu, waiting time was short and the food was delicious. Though food is a bit too pricey for the size given."

"Food was really good. No wonder it has good reviews. It was unfortunate that because of the lack of onions in the Philippines at that time we came, there were only curries and we were not able to try other dishes. Nevertheless, the chicken and beef curries we had plus extra basmati rice and rotis did not disappoint us. Moreover, the chai masala was tasty though I think it was powder only. I would prefer the real chai masala with spices like ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. The waiter 'kuya ' was also friendly. Prices are a bit higher than other restos because of the main ingredient, onion, that is expensive."

"Do not expected too much as far as the restaurant itself. I went to the one within walking distance from PVL Suites. It is turo-turo (cafeteria style) with a good amount of selection. Some look appetizing while others are not. Pretty healthy serving sizes. May not be the best but it is ok and satisfies the craving or hunger. Three days in Dumaguete and ate there 2 times."

"It's a rather pricy restaurant, although with really good food and also good sizes. Their air conditioning tends to be extremely cold to the extend that you don't like to stay for long. Unfortunately at night they often got very loud music outdoors, which even indoors still is too loud to properly communicate. In the end that's the reason why I rather don't go there anymore."
