"This restaurant is good for everything – lunch or dinner with her family or as a couple and also for celebration, it has cozy space in the inner and there are also tables outside in a beautiful garden. the restaurant is located in owar in a peaceful place and owar is about 50 km away from porto, but I recommend visiting the city and restaurant. the food is excellent, taste her delicious chicken with alheira (frango recheado com alheira) with kartoffel and sweet, taste the delicious pfeffersteak and soft and melting otopus. they have their own secrets, how to cook every dish to make it special. ask a advice to choose which type of wine or champagne and they will not regret. can't wait to go back."

"This restaurant is situated very close to the beach. If you're looking for some seafood and fish, you are damn right here! The deserts were not very special, since they only serve frozen deserts."

"You may overlook this restaurant, as the main entrance is more looking like a classic bar. But behind the bar stands a nicely renovated restaurant. The food is really great, and the service is top notch. We've really enjoyed our diner !"

"Visited Cardo Restaurant at the Furdadouro Boutique Hotel twice, once for lunch menu and again a la carte in evening. Both were very good with nice ambience (though with gauze curtains closed to clear view of ocean outside? and attentive service but not in your face service; with many 2 seater tables and comfortable swivel back seats. Monday to Friday they do 'Executive Menu ' changes daily for EUR12, includes bread/olives/balsamic oil, soup, main course, glass of wine and coffee; had cream of asparagus soup, octopus rice and local red wine. Very good value. Visited again on an evening ordered from menu, which has wide choice, 'tranche of sea bass with (large lima bean and prawn stew ', with mineral water and two glasses of white wine from south; Eur22. All good, in addition to wine list, and you can order by glass. Other reviewer not impressed, maybe bad luck, the main young waiter seemed to know his job well, and was inducting a newer waitress at evening meal. I arrived 19.45 as sole guest, but another 4+ tables/couples arrived after 20.00."
