"Great Belgian food, great Belgian beer and great service, you can't really go wrong with this place. A tad spicier on the prices than your regular run of the mill spot, but with good reason, Waterloo just needs a bit of a promotional kick to give it a bit of extra life. PS: they've got a terrace open in summer as well, with great conditions."

"This restaurant felt and looked like a nice cozy house. I was here on Thursday afternoon and sat in the garden. It was a quiet time of the day, so I liked that I was the only person in the garden. The...Menu was quite small, but they had one or two vegan options. I ordered the “Super Bowl” for lunch, from which I was pleasantly surprised. I had so much avocado, quinoa and chickpeas since being vegan that [that I say] it can be boring now. But this “Super Bowl” was so good and delicious! I also had the vegan carrot cake that was really good. I love when restaurants have vegan desserts, except Sorbet and that felt like a luxury. The staff was friendly and my waiter could not have been more helpful. I think you order your food in the bar, but they bring your food and drinks to the table for you. I think you'd regret missing this restaurant in Bucharest. It's a little jewel and a really beautiful place. Note: If you sit in the garden, wear insect repellent. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes."
