"We visited on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch and to watch rugby. The guy who sorted our beers and food was great, keeping us topped up! We asked if (after some problems with the streaming) there was a chance to get the rugby played with English commentary (my mum was visiting from the UK). The guy looking after us said it might not be possible but would check. We overhead the conversation he had with the manager (we were sat 5m across the bar) which resulted in the manager saying tell them to off . I get that it 's stressful, probably lots of people asking the same question, lots of people with high expectations, etc. but it 's unprofessional to say that in front of all customers and loud enough for people to hear. Why not take a step into the kitchen behind closed doors and rage about the annoying customers? I used to do it all the time when I worked in a bar! Also, don 't take it out on your colleagues. Overall our food was good, drinks were good, but I won 't be going back there ever again due to the behaviour of the manager ."
