"Drinks are cheap as long as you don 't need a wide selection of beers. However, if you order food to go, make sure you stay on top of them. Otherwise they just put the food in heat and never give it to you."

"The food was great! I had the burger and was very impressed by the quality and portion size. My partner had the BBQ wrap and really liked it. The drinks were appropriate in strength. The outdoor terrace is absolutely wonderful. If I had to give constructive feedback, I would say that the music is played a bit too loud. It is hard to keep a conversation with the music on such a high volume."

"Beer? Wine? My sister and I (she from Milwaukee, WI and I from Pasadena,CA) know our beers and wines!!! We had no idea that the New York beers and wines would be soooo good! The Excelsior Pub was one of the highlights of our Hudson River Valley vacation. Serendipity brought us there for an afternoon of fine drinks and great conversation! WE enjoyed getting to know the owner (Jay Bowers) and his other guests. Our significant others were also as happy as we were! A very special memory!"

"Fun little Irish pub. Very comfortable and over the street from Times Union Center. The food was very good. I ordered the shepherd cake. It was very authentic. Lamb and beef with potatoes on top. It's a huge part. I couldn't finish everything. My husband had the 42 burger. He said it was really good. Upstairs there is the restaurant part. The floor has the bar. It is a tiny place, but a very cozy slope for good food and beer."

"I love this place. I always go on Thursday because I'm obsessed with her lentil soup. Your chorizo and cheese arepa is amazing, beef empanada is delicious, Sangria is on point. Your service is always friendly and welcoming and keeps me back. Huge portions, so don't be surprised if you have to take food home when you eat there."

"Probably the best Pizza joint in the area. Delicious pizza and the boneless chicken wings are really good as well. Prices are kind of expensive but you certainly get what you pay for here at this establishment. I remember when they were named Dino's. Thename has changed since but it's the same great taste I remember."

"First time here and definitely will not be my last. From start to finish one of the best meals I've ever had. The bread, arancini, penne vodka and cannoli were all to die for. Also the young man who was one of our servers was on point with his service . Thank you for a fabulous and memorable meal. Can't wait to come back"
