"I like the coffee, so plenty of stars for that. What I don’t like is they advertise a 6:30 opening time and often don’t open at that time, which means I often waste my trip. And lately the prices are outrageous. You actually get charged more to drink your coffee in a proper cup, which is I believe completely unique among local cafes."

"No line, but 5 people after me were served their drinks before my drink was made. All their orders were multiples, mine a single. Maybe they prioritize more expensive orders..??. don't know...but longest I've ever waited for a single beverage. An apology by the cashier guy, but not the buresta gal who skipped my order. Bummer."

"Love Peets coffee in Albany. I used to work close by this store back in 2012-13 and this was my regular spot. Knew all the crew back then, who were awesome (I think John is still there??? . My visit today was good. It's always clean, staff were ok and the coffee ALWAYS great. Highly recommended it."
