"The first time here was definitely great victory for me. We came for a private reserved event that gave us 3 options and these are also large portions. A little small on the inside without AC, but you can eat outside. Not much parking on the street, so I recommend a lyft instead. The bar was great choices and drinks! It's expensive, but you get your money here worth it!"

"Got the restaurant week special for $40/person which came with a salad, lobster croquettes, beef tartare, and a duck sausage paella. The paella was more oily and not as crispy as I would’ve liked. The beef and the croquettes were my favorites."

"If you are vegan the number of breakfast options are not many, but the oatmeal was actually quite nice (note that they only serve it before 11am). They brought me soy milk instead of regular milk which was appreciated. I wish there were more options, but don’t skip out if your friends are going and you want to be there!! Service was friendly and efficient. Would recommend!"

"When you feel run down and have a sore throat, nothing quite heals like a hot bowl of pho!This location is right around the corner from me, so while it's not my favorite, it's convenient. The portions are enormous and the broth is tasty. It's hard to completely finish a large order. I did the Pho combo meat and my friend ordered the Bun Bo Hue. Everything was flavorful and it hit the spot. The service can be a bit blunt but I'm there for the food, so no issue there lol."

"THE Cheesesteakshop!!! Yeah no other company beats them! IB cheesesteaks suck in comparison!! Sadly the place in Berkeley the one place I used to go for 25 actually 30 plus years has now turned into a vet and there was only one place left in pinole or maybe Walnut Creek that I know of... So sad cuz this was one of my go to places"

"Great barbecue smoked brisket! Wasn't expecting to find this place but I could smell it down the street and was pleasantly surprised to find it, and enjoyed the barbecue picnic style meal. The good old style potato salad was a bonus I didn't know I was getting. Too much food for just myself! Thank you!"

"Until yesterday I thought this was an OK restaurant and cheap – but always a little loud and crowded. Yesterday I was there with two people. Prices have risen significantly. I ordered a chicken sanctuary. The part was really small and you have to pay extra for the rice. I realized that she apparently had sugar in her dishes, and always a lot of onions. Her vegetable choices are usually limited to paprika, onions, carrots. The appetizers are almost as expensive as their standard entrees. I'll stay away from this place for a while."
