"I like the food and the service but the music is always so loud. You can not hear the people in your group to have a conversation. We have asked the owner to lower it. Instead, he turns it up. If you're looking for good food and good service, it's worth it. Just don't expect to have a conversation with the person next to you."

"I’m genderqueer and came with my partner. We were excited to try out this place and watch the variety show but left early feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Not because of the nature of the show itself but because it appeared that a disproportionate percentage of patrons were straight people, especially men, cheering most loudly and tipping most frequently when the queens and kings entered various states of undress. The performers were also constantly fleecing the audience for tips.The vibe of the show seemed two drunken cha-cha slides to the left removed from the vibe of a regular strip club. And the way the audience reacted to the performers made me feel less affirmed in my gender, and more fetishized. It was unfortunately uncomfortable. And VERY loud! Bring earplugs if you try this place out.Drinks were wildly overpriced. I think after a %15 tip my old fashioned was almost $18. Most of the staff seemed tired and unwilling to engage with the patrons beyond the bare minimum. Seems despite the pricing the staff aren’t paid enough to actually care"

"Large cheese selection, delicious sandwiches and a cool location in the georgia blue art gallery! I used to visit her location in South Anchorage when they were just a cheese business, but not in much after they moved to spenard and now midtown. that is my loss, because their new space and sandwich offers are amazing. I tried the avocado melt and loved it: perfectly roasted sourdough bread contained the perfect proportions of cut avocado, Roma tomatoes, provolone dulce, pickled red wobble and garlauchaioli. can't wait to eat here again!"

"Have ate their food for for the past 20 years on and off and has always been a great place to eat with the best salads, I recently ordered a ceaser salad and it wasn't even tossed in the dressing, they just put half a small container off to the side, the salad tasted old and wilted.It was a real disappointment and I will not return again which is sad it was my favorite place in Anchorage"
