We were missing an authentic, real indo-chinese cuisine in our area for a long time and with the opening of inchin bamboo garden, we dont have to drive all the way to Redmond to satisfy our taste buds.. highly recommended.."

"A hidden gem on Mercer Island! My wife and I have always wondered about this place as we drive past it daily. Thanksgiving day we originally planned to eat dim sum in downtown Chinatown/international district, but the wait was too long and chaotic. Decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. The dim sum is very fresh, authentic, and delicious. Not greasy and generous filling portions in the dumplings and baos. Served hot and in a timely manner. The food was priced fairly and the wait staff was nice, courteous, and attentive. Being half Chinese and from a food centric family, I’m pretty experienced in traditional dim sum and Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend Tiger Garden, especially if you live on the island or close to it and don’t want to deal with the hustle and bustle of downtown Seattle."

"We went to this restaurant because we saw a number of reviews said they offer authentic flavors. So we had pretty high expectation about eating authentic Hunan flavor dishes. However, the flavors were quite far from authentic ? they are Chinese food flavors, yes, but not Hunan style. Some of the dishes the meat was cut so big that I would think there were Americanized Chinese dishes. They overall tasted very much similar to food in Cantonese restaurants. For that reason, we were very disappointed. The waitress and manager (and maybe chef) spoke Cantonese, and when I asked for recommendations for the most popular Hunan dishes they offered, the waitress replied ?oh I don?t know. I can?t even tell the difference between Sichuan (another regional food they offer as a major category) and Hunan.? Wow that was some brutal honesty right there, had to chuckle for that one."

"The all nighter egg sandwich was so good. I got mine with the 6 cheese bagel and it was perfect. Highly recommend! Also tried the twice baked has brown bites, very delicious and fairly priced."

"This was our first visit to the Pearl and won’t be our last. Very convenient location across from the Weston. The restaurant was quite and comfortable. The service was prompt and professional and the food was very good. The chowder was very tasty and the risotto was very well done. We met some friends and appreciated the quiet so we could talk. Thanks for a great lunch."
