"Terrible service. I loved the food, but a gentleman working there was incredibly rude about a refill on a drink. His coworker told me I could get a free refill and he came out from the back yelling at me in front of my boss as I refilled it. I apologized and he continued on and on about it to the point that my boss no longer wants to return. Until this point we'd spent hundreds of dollars here, but no pasta/drink is worth getting yelled at by a guy clearly having a bad day."

"I’ve only been here for lunch, but it seems like the kind of place that gets up to some shenanigans in the eveningtimes. The food is great, better than a greasy burger you might expect from the ambiance. I had a Korean Pork Belly sandwich special, and it was fatty, salty, sweet and really satisfying. "Wow! The atmosphere and pizza are quality and worth every moment you’ll spend there. There are no chains (including local chains) that can match the quality and taste. I can only think of one or two other places that come close and they are not local. Besides the good food, the staff is great. Natasha is a fun and hard working person and will make your experience there all the more enjoyable. If you’re in the greater Cincinnati area and you like pizza, you have to give this a try. And the cannolis! Yum!!"
