"What a huge disappointment waste of my time. I was gifted a $200 gift card to Amor Y Queso. After three weeks of trying to place an order for a party this weekend, I still have not been able to place my order. I filled out the form online and after a few days, I received a phone call asking more about my party. When I was asked how much I wanted to spend, and I told them I had a $200 gift card, but was willing to spend more I got ghosted. Apparently, because they have already been paid for the gift card, my business was no longer important to them. I sent numerous emails, left numerous voicemails, and still no answer. Apparently if you’re not ordering for a wedding, or if you have a gift card your business is not important. Would never recommend this place to anyone they make the ordering process way too difficult and their customer service sucks. Realistically they just stole the $200"

"We saw 4 rats running on the pipes. we let the server know and manager offered to favor 20% of our review, we did not accept the offer, we would rather earn the restaurant money, but worry about the problem, it is health code violation at any level, not to mention creepy!"

"We are so sad... that was the first original Meseros- we went forever before the other restaurants opened. But tonight was so disappointing. Food was not great at all, salsa was tasteless, pico was tasty and saw old, drinks were ok, service average. Absolutely not the experience of Mesero we are used to!"
