"When I get to the front counter, the cashier had a laptop in front of her (with waiting customers) she said to ?hold on? when it was my turn. I understand the need to take online orders, but maybe a little more politeness could be used. I ordered ?TheCuban? with ?house made ranch chips?. My order didn?t take too long, however the ranch chips are actually stringy French fries,and they came out lukewarm/cold. They taste like when you reheat fries in a microwave. I guess since they are complimentary Ican?t complain too much. The Cuban sandwich however is really good, too expensive imho, but it?s very tasty with just the rightamount of spice. The restaurant is clean with bright colors, with kind of a nautical ?row team? decor. They have low tableswith benches on one side and chairs on the other, and tall tables for two or eight, and a few round tables for two. Overall the$15.67 it cost was not worth it."

"Love their chilli. They use cooking gloves when preparing you meal. A little pricey. I ordered a large bowl of chilli. The pot was near empty. Employee was scraping the bottom. Bowl was not full, but I was still charged for a large. Next time I will refuse it. $6 for, really, a medium sized bowl, you should get your money's worth."

"So the Uber driver did not pay attention to pick up my entire order so when she left without giving me my chocolate shake, I contacted the store to let me them know that I never received my shake with my order. Stephanie took my call and I let her know what happened. She was happy to send a door dasher with a fresh chocolate shake and when it arrived I had an extra surprise! She then called me back to follow up to confirm I received the shake and cookies? I answered and advised that I received the shake and was very happily surprised that cookies were sent along with my shake! Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond! That's excellent customer service!"

"During COVID our office has resorted to having outside picincs for retirements and other office celebrations, we work in a Large medical facility, so fresh air and good food is really appreciated. We took advantage of last weeks warm weather and had a outside retirement picnic; the manager at this PotBelly location accommodated us on a short notice; taking and preparing numerous individual orders and boxing them up together for one set pickup time: All of the orders were ready on time, all of the orders were correct and staff helped me carry the orders out and the Food was Great, Not One Complaint. We will be using this location again."
