"Over 2 years since I last had this and wow, what a let down. Service in the covid area can be excusable to a degree but seriously?!?! I ordered spicy chicken only to bite into anything BUT spicy and the guy says we only have spicy leg and thighs ....after looking at me like i lost my mind and you not having a clue! So don 't tell your customers when they order spicy chicken , just give them whatever and then act so uninterested when they want to get what they paid/asked for!!! Oh, and then put back the chicken they already touched, to give out to other customers!!!!! OMG. NICE! Thanks bud you 've ruined any chance of getting me or any of the people I know back into your pathetically run operation. Thanks for the we don 't have butter and we don 't have salt , again after we 've paid you. Laughable. I work hard for my money, and it won 't be spent for your junk!!!!"

"Chicken lovers spot! The service here is great if you walk in but ordering ahead is always a good option. The Sammy's are great and they have really good crinkle cut fries. I've had the Reaper hot sandwich and, it was good and hot, but not sign a waiver hot, lol. The seating area is of good size and always clean which is appreciate! I love that it is close to work and I will continue going in!"

"First time eating in here, though I have had delivery many times. I am obsessed with the kimchi fries and the corn cheese. Usually, my boyfriend and I will order 2-3 different dishes and share them. They have a good soju selection, love the lychee."

"Pretty peeved because I just placed a to go order at the counter. Ordered the firebird and tots. I asked the employee working which was the hottest one, and she said firebird. I got home and saw my sandwich and thought, “Hmmm, why is there a lot of buttermilk ranch on it? That’s not on the firebird.” Turns out they made me the WRONG sandwich (gave me rancher instead). Too far for me to go back and change it. It’s not like it was busy in there (I was the only person who placed an order). It shouldn’t be that hard to get the order correct. Yeah, I should’ve opened the package to check, but honestly, do I need to do this every time?Super disappointed with this as I wanted something SPICY. Even my receipt says firebird on it…The one redeeming thing is that the chicken is actually tasty and juicy. It’s just not what I ordered."

"I'm so glad MCHC opened a Denver location! We loved the Fort Collins location. This location is just as good. The chicken is spicy, delicious and tender and the mac and cheese always pairs perfectly. Delicious hot chicken with fantastic beer all under the same roof, what more can you ask for?"

"I could never get sick of this place. Best fried chicken ever. Perfect amount of spice, and I LOVE how they're not shy with the pickles when you ask for extra. They're prob the only place in the world that can meet my expectations of pickles when I ask for extra lol other places give you two extra slices, Dave's gives you half a jar and I love it! (Ignore my pic though. That's my first time before I knew to ask no for extra)"

"As a supporter of bb.q chicken, I was disappointed at this location. Don?t get me wrong, the food was great but I didn?t appreciate the restaurant operation/service. I asked for chopsticks for a party of four but only received two? as a Korean,I?ve never had to deal with a shortage of chopsticks at a korean restaurant. The food was pretty pricey. The ??? (Ddeok-Bokki)was $15 for a small platter (see picture). I asked if they could make us soy garlic whole chicken but they said they couldn?t.However, they did tell me that they could get me the golden original with soy garlic sauces on the side for $2.95 each. I don?tknow any chicken restaurant that charges $3 for a single sauce. Especially since all they need to do is toss the whole chickenwith the sauce. If you want any other sauce with your whole chicken, I?d recommend BYOS (bringing your own sauce) Service wasrelatively slow for how empty the restaurant was. My party and I were probably in the restaurant for a good two hours. The onlything that keeps them at two stars is the quality of food. This is definitely the best Korean fried chicken you can get inColorado but not the best operation/service."
