"Had a bad experience here this morning. Hadn't been here in a few years so I can't judge it against recent experiences, they could have just been having a bad morning. It was crowded. But we waited about 55 minutes for our food. At 45 minutes weinquired, she said the kitchen was behind and understaffed. This is the new norm everywhere. They had plenty of front end help. She could have offered free 2nd coffees or a pastry, but she did not. When the food finally arrived it was cold, and myfriends order was not even correct. We did complain. She said she'd speak to the manager. She came back with two free drinkcoupons and said our food price would be refunded. Won't know if this really happens until next week) This is really great, except she was clearly annoyed at us did not bother to try and hide it. She was not genuine at all and probably complained toher co-workers about us. I get it, I'm sure she works hard for not a lot of money. It was just a long time to wait for coldfood that wasn't even correct. In the meantime, they don't take your name for coffee orders so they just yell the drink names,constantly. This makes the atmosphere kind of stressful. Most other reviews are good, so I guess we patronized them at thewrong time. :"

"Not from the west coast, had never been to a Dutch Bros before. The girl working, Sierra, was super chipper and outgoing, and genuinely enthusiastic about this fact, asked me what kind of flavors I like, then whipped me up something based on that and had me try it before pulling away with the reassurance that if I didn't love it she'd make something else until I was satisfied. This is exactly what customer service should be, and whatever they made me was delicious. Sierra is worth a raise and a training position, because that was the best coffee shop experience I've had in a while. If I lived in Eugene, I'd never step foot in a Starbucks which it seems may happen for everyone, since while Dutch Bros employees were truly enjoying their job, being awesome to customers, and making everyone's day more pleasant, every Starbucks in Eugene was closed because all the employees went on strike. Ironic that those employees are pushing everyone toward better coffee experiences, which will end up being the death knell of their jobs. Oh well."

"I am not a coffee drinker, but I love a good Italian soda. Sadly, they have inexplicably stopped having the cherry syrup. That's my favorite flavor. But the raspberry is acceptable. I love to support Oregon based businesses, so Dutch Bros is on my list of favorites."

"Good prices and staff is usually nice. I recommend the honey pomegranate lemonade iced. Also great as a half tea and lemonade. Honey grapefruit is a great combo too! Also mango lavender ! You'll thank me later ????"
