"I go to chipotle once a week, have for years. Not anymore. Found a giant long brown hair in my quesadilla, I bit into it and the hair was in my mouth and still melted to the cheese in the quesadilla, so disgusting. Contacted customer service and they asked for the receipt info, never heard back till I emailed them 3 weeks later and asked if it was going to be resolved? They quickly responded and gave me a free entree that expired in 2 days, then we got the big snow/ice storm so I was never able to use it. Worst customer service and employees who just don't care. They're constantly out of stuff too."

"Still what every Burgerplatz wants. Cornucopia is really the gold standard for food quality. The burgers and sandwiches are always 5 stars for size and quality, their frits are perfect, and their staff is amazing. Yesterday we received 5 star service from Cameron, who was fast, friendly, professional, and made our trip amazing. The blonde bomb and pommes my husband got were phenomenal, and the powerful Quinns and Pommes with Ranch for me was perfect. Thanks for another perfect meal!!!"

"Did I have my expectations set to high? I'm thinking so because despite bite after bite I just couldn't get that goodness vibe going. Pad Thai was so bland, was spaghetti like w/slightly sweet trace of flavor? The Drunken Noodles, slimy and tasted like maple syrup. I don't know- I'm bummed. Won't be back despite the fact their menu looks amazing. If these 2 dishes can't be done right, no faith in the others. It was as if the chef didn't care or know what they were doing...?"

"I appreciate that every item can be made vegan. I’ve ordered from here dozens of times and not once has there been an issue. Always correct substitutions, fresh ingredients and delicious. Wonderful vegan sauces like their avocado lime and red pepper sumac are excellent. I like that I can order simple side dishes like brown rice, beans and veggies and add one of their vegan sauces when I’m not in the mood for anything fancy. Also they use eco-friendly packaging for takeout."
