"Concept: build your own charcuterie platter, or choose from their already made ones.Ambiance: 5/5 super cute, quaint, and welcomingService: 5/5 super friendly and knowledgeable Food: 5/5 we built our own platter with midnight moon, queso de oveja, and stompetoren. They were all equally delicious! We also had the almonds, wine jelly, bread, and apples. The wine jelly was my least favorite, unfortunately. It had a VERY strong alcohol flavor that really overpowered it.Overall, would definitely come back! It's also right in the heart of a great lovely shopping area so we plan to explore that next!"

"Always a great experience! Highly recommend their choice charcuterie board (their burrata is a MUST! and the New York strip. They’ve modified their menu a bit recently I’d say it’s more family friendly/Italian American food than the previous traditional Italian style."

"Very, very good. The food was made to order. The MoJoe bowl that I ordered was very tasty. The sauce was mostly sweet. I look forward to trying more of the sauces and bowls. You are able to make your own custom bowl that includes all veggies of your choice, dark chicken as well as white, fresh eggs, white or dark rice, noodles, and a wide selection of sauces. The restaurant was clean and quiet. An excellent place for lunch, especially if you are on a diet. I almost forgot, they offer a wide selection of wonderful teas. So many great choices that you could easily stay on your diet with tasty foods and drinks."

"I am obsessed with noodles and pasta and this place has the best vodka sauce. The other flavors here are also so delicious and worth trying them all. I really wish the Twisted Noodle was closer to where I live now (Boulder) but will have to make a special trip to Longmont’s location."
