"Sunday brunch was a bit of let down at Thirteen because we really wanted to like this place. The restaurant decor is nice much more suitable for an intimate dinner.. The cons are: Slow service Bland food Water down drinks, they didn't even keep the carafe in ice so the mimosas was room temperature. The carafe was plastic..at their price point?? Valet parking 15 dollars Limited brunch menu 6 items. There are too many brunch locations in Houston to settle for this type of dining experience. It will be hard pass for me in the future."

"You may drive past the ice cream parlor easily because it is not noticeable. There is a big parking lot, and two designated parking spaces just for Sweet Cup customers. There is a huge variety of flavors. From classic flavors like strawberry, and chocolate, to unique flavors like fig and goat cheese, and Vietnamese coffee, there is bound to have a flavor that you will like. I had the fig and goat cheese, and Bacio which is chocolate hazelnut. Both flavors were good but could have been more pronounced. Staff was friendly, and allowed customers to try the flavors prior to purchase. Enjoy your ice cream either inside with limited seating or outside which has a few tables and chairs."

"If they happen to go to this place, when Eric works on drinks, they prepare to stand there for 15 minutes, because he does not like to announce the names of the customer when the drinks are finished. Instead, he will put them on the matte, reach them from the customers and move on to his other orders. they have to reach the workspace of the barista to see if their drink was finished or not. it happened three times in a row for me. no great experience."
