"This food is delicious. There is always a huge line waiting to order and get your food. I think it's pretty expensive for food court. I ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch sandwich with bacon cheese fries and a regular drink and it was over $9. Almost $10 for my meal. I had to wait back in line for a refill which they charged $0.50 and then I wanted a box to take part of my sandwich home and they wanted me to wait in the pick your food up line. It would have taken her two seconds to get me a box. Instead I just lean over the counter and grabbed one myself. That's ridiculous to stand in ANOTHER line."

"They have an amazing grilled cheese and tomato soup that could challenge even the one at the Loop which is said to be the best. They have a small section to sit outside on the sidewalk that is fine. The food is good and they have great coffee too. They close around 2 or 3 so you can only come for lunch or dinner. It's a casual atmosphere and it's pretty funky looking."

"Grilled chicken sandwich. Worst ever!!! Sandwich was dry over cooked and as you can see the chicken breast was cut in half and slightly burnt on the other. . smh. Come in Wendy's I paid more for better, this was worse the getting a 4 for 4.. smh!! This place was so understaffed. Only 5 employees including the manager who was washing dishes. Cashier's were friendly. This place has always serves good food until today. They need help"

"I have eaten here several times, over the past 6 years, never was disappointed with the food! I ordered a bowl of Tomato Bisque Soup today, it was outstanding! The temperature was perfect, it came with shredded cheese and four mini pitas to dip into the soup. I also tasted the Cheese Quesadilla. Food quality was great and service was lightning fast!"

"The atmosphere is great. The Loop is located on the river with a great view. The food is good too. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich but the best is a cheeseburger with onion rings and a cookies and cream milkshake. That has to be the best meal ever!"

"When I come in, the employees greet me by name. I have made this my primary spot for lunch because of the great variety of food they have. Steak in a sack is great, the 1/2 grilled chicken is awesome and you can't go wrong with a great burger and fries. They also have BLTs, chicken salad sandwiches, and a hoard of other goodies. Try them out. Definitely recommended."
